"Left stranded alone - totally unreliable"

Booked a taxi a week in advance for a Christmas night out in a country pub, taxi didn’t come on time but I was told by the operator that it was on its way, the rest of my family left in their taxi after I was assured that it was on its way, however, taxi didn’t shop up, I was left stranded and with no option but to attempt to walk from Doagh to Carrickfergus, I’m sure you can appreciate (especially a 70 year old woman) that this was not a pleasant experience..
