"Opening Hours"

Tonight I called at Wineflair at Beverly Shops at 19.50, to find the shutter being drawn. Managed to tap door before it was halfway down. Assistant looked at me and continued to close. Do your staff have a clock to check closing times? Or, are they in a hurry home, damn the customers?

The least you could do is adhere to your advertised opening hours..
