"Skoda recall."

I have a Skoda Superb and rang up after receiving the recall letter for 20lt diesel engines to be modified. I was offered a date and time to suit me, 11.00 am, Friday 12th August 2016. (I'M just back home). I arrived at the service area and the receptionist took my keys offered to make me a cup of coffee which I accepted and a packet of biscuits.

I Explained to her I had a problem with the rubber sealing on the drivers door also and I thought as it usually goes "I'm sorry sir you will have to book your car in for that or wear and tear" After half an hour @ 11.30am, the receptionist called me and offered me my keys- When I went out to my car:

To my surprise the modification was done, the car door was fixed and the car had been beautifully WASHED.

THATS WHAT I CALL SERVICE, THANK YOU.

THATS WHY THIS IS ONLY MY 3RD SKODA..
