"Unannounced Visit"

I visited these kennels with my husband unannounced

and within trading hours and were smartly informed that all viewing must be by appointment. We found this approach rather unusual and somewhat concerning as transperency would instill confidence.I realise that staff can be busy but if you look at guidelines and advice on choosing good boarding kennels it is recommended to visit without advance warning.Needless to say we will not be using this facility and find it unusual in this age of customer reviews that Hillside has only one opinion posted online..
